Listening and Learning

Today I heard Plex and DJ Lance talking about me. I think Plex knows I was in his computer room. I guess there is something in a computer called history and it shows where you have been on the computer. Here is what I heard when I was listening. Some of it I couldn’t really catch too well. I’ll have to fill in the blanks.

Plex: DJ Lance, I think that Foofa knows about the “Mystery” *mumble mumble*. How are we going to explain it to her?

DJ Lance: Plex, none of them know that this is a *mumble mumble*. They don’t know we tape everything that happens here. They certainly don’t know that *mumble mumble* play them in other countries. It would be a disaster. What does she think *mumble mumble*?

Plex: I think she is confused. She may think it is all a dream.

DJ Lance: A dream, I can work with a dream.

Then they got very quiet.

What do all those mumbles mean?

  1. Hey Foofa! I think I know what DJ Lance and Plex are talking about. Here is what I think they mumbled.

Plex: DJ Lance, I think that Foofa knows about the “Mystery,” of Dazzleberry Lemonade! How are we going to explain it to her?

DJ Lance: Plex, none of them know that this is a surprise party. They don’t know we tape everything that happens here. They certainly don’t know that all the happy children play them in other countries. It would be a disaster. What does she think of lemonade and parties?

  2. I think you guys need to have a Gabbaland Town Hall and get some of this mystery stuff out into the open where everyone can talk together. I mean, you are all friends, right? And friends care about each other and help each other, right?

  3. I don't know, Muno. I think if they were talking about Dazzleberry Lemonade and parties that they might not be so secretive. Then again, surprise parties do need to be kept secret. Could it be that I am just worrying for nothing? I wish my mom was here to help me figure it out. You guys are great friends but not too much help.

Maybe that lady Beth is right, maybe I should just ask. But it's so scary.

    Sorry Foofa.

    1. It's ok friend, I forgot all about those silly mumbles anyway. I'm happy here in Gabbaland. I was just going through a phase.

  5. Happy Father's Day, DJ Lance Rock! You've been a good dad to Muno, Foofa, Brobee, and Toodee. What did the gang give you!

    1. For Father's Day we took a vacation to visit Muno's family. We just got back to Gabbaland. Sorry we weren't here to talk to you. I'm glad to hear from you again!

    1. How were your Father's and Mother's days, Jane? Are you enjoying the hot summer weather? Foofa has been out in her garden so often making beautiful flowers grow.

  7. For Mother's day, I brought Mom a beautiful bunches of roses. For Father's day, I got to spend time with my Dad. Although woman, I'm best at sports! I came back here because I was lonely ever since June 2.

    1. Those are wonderful things to do! I love sports. Badminton is my favorite but Toodee likes Ice Skating. I'm glad you got to spend time with your mom and dad on their special days just like I did.

  8. Plex! There's something you have to know, my robot friend! There's this thing off the internet called Pledee! I know you have a computer, so look it up with your own risk.

    1. Well, that is certainly...interesting. Toodee and I sure are great friends but I don't think we're THAT close.

  9. Yeah, and Toodee is under aged! There's probably a lot of robot women in the world to chase.

  10. What is YOUR reaction to Pledee, DJ Lance Rock? 'Cause I know Plex is too old for Toodee.

    1. There is just no telling what people will do these days. Take something innocent and twist it in all kinds of strange and creepy ways. Who would so such a thing?

    2. Actually, Plex is 12 years old...

      Also, those fans are nutcases..

    3. Man, I forgot how funny this can all be. Thanks for making me look at this story again!

    4. Not a problem, Foofa!
      Also, Happy Easter!!

  11. There's this dimwitted girl off this site called "deviantart" who invented that pairing. She thinks Plex and Toodee are meant to be because they're a close bond. I try to tell her the true facts, but she keeps turning me down. If I had some of your magic, DJ Lance, I know what I would do! She also treats you like chopped liver.

    1. As someone who loves music and dancing as much as I do I can't really critique art. As long as people know what is and is not real we'll just have to let them be.

  12. You kiddin' me? I won't rest 'til you and the gang are defended! She messed with the bull, now I'm giving her the horns!

  13. Plex, I've got some good news, bad news and horrible news.

Good news- There hasn't been any new Pledees in four weeks.

Bad news- I found something worse than Pledee.

Horrible news- Our milk has expired.

    1. Expired milk! Oh no! You better head to the store. You don't want to be sick.

  14. Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! DJ Lance, you gotta read this! Tell me what you think of it: http://djlancegirl.deviantart.com/art/Toodee-plays-dead-Yo-Gabba-Gabba-FanFic-326147404
    Let's hope it's not a true story.

    1. Goodness! I don't think Muno's father would ever hit him and I don't think Plex would hit Toodee either. People have such crazy imaginations.

    2. Well, I found it kinda funny.

  15. Hey Plex! What is your reaction to "Toodee plays dead?"

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I don't think I would ever hit Toodee, even if we were playing. But people should always make up stories. It is fun!

      Delete
    2. If Toodee was playing dead, would you say you would pour boiling water just to get her to get up?

      Delete
    3. Boiling water? No way! Maybe ice cold water, that would get her up but wouldn't burn.

  16. Uh DJ Lance, ya gotta look at this video: http://brobee.blogspot.com/2010/05/gabba-guest-stars-on-true-jackson-vp.html

    1. It sure did! Have you ever been to Paris?

      Delete
    2. NO AND I NEVER WANT TO VISIT!

By the way: While you and the Gabba Gang were being held captive in Paris, did you lose your mind, Lance

      Delete
    3. I don't think I lost my mind, I hope it's still here in my head! Why would you never want to visit Paris? Sure we were trapped for a little while but we had a great time in the end.

      Delete
    4. It sure sounded like you lost your mind.

"We're being held captive, but we don't mind! Right friends?"

  17. Ugh, Pledee's getting even worse, Plex. I saw a drawing of you and Toodee having kids. You're the smart one, Plex. What should I say to that dimwitted gal that would make her end Pledee for good?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I just don't know if you can stop her. I mean she is not here in Gabbaland so we can't do anything about it. In your world freedom of expression is important. Maybe you should just stop looking at it. If no one looks at her Pledee then she might just stop.

      Delete
  18. But Plex, doesn't Pledee ruin your reputation? The more viewers look at it, the more people will think you have a thing for Toodee. Now that's just creepy! And I thought Brofa was bad.

    1. It's about making sure no one looks at it! If no one looks she won't have anyone to talk to about it.
